Frequently Asked Questions
❓ Q1. Can your battery be delivered by sea and air?
Yes, our batteries can be delivered both by sea and by air. We provide MSDS and test reports for safe transport as non-dangerous products.
❓ Q2. Can I fast charge my battery?
Fast charging is not recommended as it is harmful for the long-term health and cycle life of the battery.
❓ Q3. Can I do a partial replacement of my batteries?
Partial battery replacement of lead-acid battery banks is not recommended. It is best to replace the entire string to ensure balanced performance.
❓ Q4. What is the shelf life of VRLA batteries?
VRLA batteries self-discharge less than 3% per month at 25°C. They should not be stored for more than 6 months without recharging. In hot climates, recharge every 3 months.
❓ Q5. Why does the battery have different capacities at different hour rates?
The capacity (Ah) is dependent on the discharge current. A lower discharge rate (e.g., 20-hr) allows the battery to deliver more total Ah than a high discharge rate (e.g., 2-hr).
❓ Q6. How is quality controlled during manufacturing?
We utilize the ISO 9001 system, including Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for raw materials, Production Quality Control (PQC) for in-process inspection, and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) for final testing.
