It offers 30% more life than standard gel batteries and 50% more than regular lead-acid AGM batteries. Utilizing deep cycle design, 4BS lead paste technology, a unique corrosion-resistant grid alloy, and high-quality nano silica gel electrolyte, it represents the premier choice for backup and frequent cycle discharge applications in extreme environments. Built and optimized for use in both hot and cold locations.

For 4AH to 17AH battery models, it is rated at 20HR. For larger 24AH to 250AH battery models, it is rated at 10HR.
Q Why does capacity vary under different hour rates?
A battery's capacity in Ah is a dynamic value dependent on the discharge current. A slower discharge rate (like 20HR) yields more total capacity than a rapid, high-current discharge rate (like 2HR).
Q What is the typical shelf life of a VRLA battery and how is it maintained?
The primary limiting factor is the self-discharge rate, which is temperature-dependent. VRLA batteries lose less than 3% capacity per month at 77°F (25°C) and should not be stored longer than 6 months without a refresh charge. In hot climates, recharge every 3 months.
Q Can I perform a partial replacement of my battery bank?
No, partial battery replacement within a connected lead-acid battery bank is not recommended, as it creates charge imbalances and reduces overall system life.
