Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after obtaining authorization.
What are your terms of payment?
We typically accept T/T 30% as a deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will provide photos of the products and packages before you pay the remaining balance.
What is the estimated delivery time for orders?
Generally, it will take 7-20 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes, we provide free OEM services, and ODM services are also available for volume orders based on your requirements.
How do you ensure product quality before delivery?
All our products undergo more than 6-8 hours of aging and undergo strict testing protocols before dispatch to ensure optimal performance.
What is your MOQ and sample policy?
We offer a low MOQ, with 5 pieces available for sample checking. Sample orders are acceptable for testing and checking quality during initial cooperation.
